Allstate Insurance Customer Service Representative $60k-$80k+

For EXPERIENCED licensed ALLSTATE insurance service agents who want to make high income serving the needs of our customers, this is the career for you.

We're looking for a motivated individual with an insurance license, positive attitude, a passion for helping people, and the drive to be the best.

You'll support clients with their insurance needs, provide great service, and grow your skills along the way.

You will lead the service side of the operations on a daily basis.

PREFERRED on-site work location in Buford, Georgia. Open to remote candidates.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • Licensing: Must have a current Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Experience: MUST have ALLSTATE P&C Insurance service or sales experience in the last 12 months to be considered with many years of experience.
  • Client-Focused: A genuine interest in helping people and providing excellent customer service.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a supportive, team-based environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients and work well with the team.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to stay organized, handle paperwork accurately, and follow through on tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office proficient, typing speed of 40+ WPM, familiarity with CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Be the friendly face and voice of the agency, welcome clients, answer questions, and make every interaction a positive experience.
  • Policy Support: Assist clients with simple policy updates, answer basic coverage questions, and connect them with the right team member when needed.
  • Referrals & Transfers: Identify opportunities to refer or transfer clients for additional products and services, earn bonuses for your efforts!
  • Growth Opportunity: With licensing, youll have the potential to earn commissions while expanding your role in sales and service.
  • Client Care: Build lasting relationships by following up with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and helping create a smooth experience every step of the way.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates in a supportive, professional environment where everyones success is celebrated.
