Allstate Sales Producer

Job Overview

Our busy agency in Milford, OH is looking for a dynamic addition to the team. We are a high performing team focused on delivering exceptional service to existing customers while eagerly pursuing new customers and new business opportunities. We believe in performance-based compensation. This position offers base hourly plus and aggressive commission structure. The right performer with sales ability will earn at least total compensation in first year of $50k+ with no limit on higher earnings. This is a great opportunity for an entry level motivated candidate to learn the business and grow with us. We offer a fixed hourly rate plus commission on new sales and a quarterly bonus program. Salary Range: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Requirements

  • Licensing: An active insurance license is essential, with a preference for candidates holding both life and health insurance licenses.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in insurance sales is highly advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with clients and colleagues.
  • Customer Focused: Commitment to providing superior service and addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Remote Work Skills: Proven ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and strategies for success.
  • Technology Proficiency: Competent in using CRM systems and online communication platforms to facilitate client interactions and internal communications.

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Using agency technology and lead resources, pursue and follow-up with prospects to deliver quotes, sales presentations and bring new people to Allstate
  • Sales Strategy: Implement and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Cross-promotion: Identify opportunities for cross-selling to enhance customers' insurance portfolios.
  • Customer Support: Provide attentive and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and market changes to provide relevant and timely insurance solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Actively interact with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
