Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Shift Member to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient restaurant operations. The Shift Member will operate daily front-of-house activities and maintain a welcoming environment for our guests. Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Utilize Aloha POS system for managing transactions, tracking sales, and processing payments efficiently.
  • Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely food preparation and delivery to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a restaurant setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

* Must be fully proficient in all responsibilities of both Regular Employee and Shift Leader.

* Assist with employee scheduling and shift planning.

* Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.

* Be able to cover shifts and fill in when employees are absent, call out, or during unexpected situations.

* Assist in controlling:

* Labor Costs

* Food Costs

* Waste

* Ensure smooth and efficient daily restaurant operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
