Alternate COMSEC Account Manager

North American Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking experienced COMSEC Managers to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. Our contracts provide our team members with the opportunity to gain worldwide experience while supporting U.S. DoD and NSA mission requirements. We are collaborative, rewarding and our goal is to NACS, Inc. provides the most experienced and highly trained personnel supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Coalition Partners to meet the US DoD and NSA mission of compliance to U.S./Coalition interoperability initiatives, while ensuring no impact on the Coalition Partners’ mission and operations.

Required Qualifications:

• United States Citizen
• Fluent in English
• Spanish proficiency at ILR Level 4 or equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification (IAT Level II) or higher
• NSA COMSEC Account Manager certification or ability to obtain within required timelines
• Strong COMSEC account management experience

• EKMS (Electronic Key Management System)
• COMSEC accountability procedures
• SKL (Simple Key Loader) operations
• Cryptographic key management
• COMSEC inventories and audits
• COMSEC incident reporting
• Emergency Action Planning (EAP)
• COMSEC material destruction procedures

• Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs
• Overseas government support contracts
• USSOUTHCOM support
• NSA COMSEC programs
• Tactical and strategic communications systems
• Physical security inspections
• International military support operations

Technical Knowledge:

• KG-175 family of devices
• IPS-250 / IPS-255
• HAIPE devices
• SCIP secure phones
• Viper phone systems
• Secure communications systems
• OTAR, OTAT, and OTADS operations
• ViaSat / L3 VINES
• Cryptographic Ignition Keys (CIKs)

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to travel throughout Colombia and internationally as required
• Ability to obtain required visas, passports, and driving credentials
• Ability to support mission-essential operations

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
