CSCI, a Woman-Owned Small Business, is seeking a Security professional to perform the duties of an Alternate Contractor SAP Security Officer (ACSSO) to work in a very dynamic high-tempo environment to deliver Mission First results! The successful candidate will: implement and administer a Special Access Program (SAP), as well as assist in the implementation of all compliant SAP security policies and procedures for classified/proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. A successful candidate should have an understanding of industrial security regulations and federal security regulatory requirements of the NISPOM and DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals. Understand established procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and granting personnel and visitors access to restricted programs. Conducts security education and training programs for SAP. Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
The candidate must have a current TS/SCI Clearance.
This position is on-site, Monday-Friday. The primary duty location will be in Springfield.

The candidate is Responsible for supporting CSCI at the Springfield office. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring all SAP requirements, including but not limited to the following:

Experience Levels:
LEVEL 1 – requires a minimum of 3 years related experience
LEVEL 2 – requires a minimum of 5 years related experience.*
LEVEL 3 – requires a minimum of 8 years related experience.
LEVEL 4 – requires a minimum of 10 years related experience.
This position is classified as a Level 2; however, we are open to Level 3 Security professionals.
