Senior AIF- PE Fund Account **About the Role** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AIF Operations and Compliance Officer to manage the end-to-end process of Alternative Investment Funds. This role involves ensuring regulatory adherence, performing meticulous due diligence, and managing ongoing fund administration to safeguard investor interests and maintain fund integrity. **Responsibilities** Fund Administration and Setup: -Oversee the AIF registration process, including the submission of Form A and other required documentation to SEBI. -Coordinate with legal teams and investment managers to finalize fund documents like the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), Investment Management Agreement, and Indenture of Trust. -Investor Management and Due Diligence: Manage the investor onboarding process, including detailed Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. -Serve as a primary contact for investor inquiries and grievances, providing high-quality service to ensure investor satisfaction. -Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to SEBI regulations, AIFMD (where applicable), and other relevant circulars and guidelines. -Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to SEBI and other regulatory bodies, including quarterly and annual statements. -Liaise with auditors and fund managers to facilitate the annual fund audit and ensure financial statements are in order. -Operational Execution: Manage and verify daily cash flows, ensuring consistency with the fund's constitutional documents and timely transaction settlements. -Perform safekeeping and oversight duties for fund assets, regularly verifying their existence and ownership. Process and manage capital calls, distributions, and other financial activities in accordance with fund rules. Asset and Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all fund-related transactions and investor communications. Organize and manage the secure storage and retrieval of fund documentation. Education & Experience Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is required. Experience: 3+ years of experience in the investment management industry, with a focus on alternative investments or fund administration. Required Competencies Knowledge: Detailed understanding of SEBI regulations for AIFs, financial market operations, and fund administration processes. Attention to Detail: Meticulous review skills to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and compliance documents. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively liaise with investors, fund managers, legal counsel, and regulators. Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and capable of anticipating and resolving potential operational and compliance issues. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and identify risk areas in fund operations. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal and external teams to meet business objectives.

Pay: ₹16,456.00 - ₹20,867.00 per month
