Aluminium Factory Foreman

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Aluminium Factory Foreman to supervise factory operations and manage fabrication teams. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of aluminium works and leadership skills to ensure smooth production and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily factory operations and workforce
• Manage aluminium fabrication works (doors, windows, curtain wall, cladding)
• Read and implement shop drawings
• Plan and assign tasks to fabricators and helpers
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
• Maintain quality control and finishing standards
• Coordinate with site team, engineers, and management
• Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in aluminium field
• 2–3 years experience as Foreman or Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of aluminium systems (Schuco, Technal, Gulf systems preferred)
• Ability to read and manage shop drawings
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Basic English communication (Hindi/Urdu advantage)
• Immediate joiners preferred
