The Operations Officer ensures the efficient functioning of manufacturing, supply chain, and project execution processes in the aluminum and glass industry. The role includes monitoring daily operations, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining quality standards to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management:
• Oversee daily production activities in aluminum and glass fabrication units.
• Ensure optimal utilization of machinery and manpower.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards and production deadlines.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Prepare and track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between the production team and clients to address project requirements.
• Supply Chain and Inventory Management:
• Manage procurement and inventory levels for raw materials like aluminum profiles, glass sheets, hardware, and accessories.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals without compromising quality.
• Maintain proper records of inventory and ensure timely restocking.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality checks and ensure all products meet industry standards.
• Address and resolve quality-related issues in production or installation phases.
• Team Management:
• Assist in training, supervising, and evaluating team members.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
• Prepare reports on production efficiency, project progress, and resource utilization for management review.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
