Aluminium & Glass – Production Foreman

Job Description

We are looking for a Production Foreman with strong experience in aluminium & glass fabrication. The candidate must know the work perfectly and should be able to guide team members to achieve maximum production output with quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead factory workers in aluminium & glass fabrication.
• Ensure maximum productivity, minimum wastage, and high-quality output.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance of fabricators and helpers.
• Coordinate with production manager, storekeeper, and site team.
• Ensure materials are used properly and fabrication is as per approved drawings.
• Train workers, enforce safety rules, and improve overall workflow.
• Plan production schedules and meet daily/weekly targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years UAE experience in aluminium fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of windows, doors, curtain wall, partitions, handrails, etc.
• Ability to read shop drawings and guide workers accordingly.
• Leadership skills with strong discipline and productivity management.
• Must be hardworking, reliable, and target-oriented.
