Aluminium & Glazing Foreman (UAE Experience Required)

Vacancy: Aluminium & Glazing Foreman (UAE Experience Required)

We are looking for a qualified Aluminium & Glazing Foreman with minimum 5+ years of experience in the UAE to join our construction team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise aluminium, glazing, curtain wall, doors, windows, and façade installation works

Lead and manage site technicians and workers

Read and execute works as per approved shop drawings and specifications

Ensure quality, safety, and project timelines are maintained

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants

Monitor materials, manpower, and daily site progress

Solve site-related technical and manpower issues

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of Aluminium & Glazing Foreman experience in the UAE

Strong knowledge of UAE aluminium systems, glazing, and façade works

Ability to read drawings and handle site execution independently

Good leadership and communication skills

Familiar with UAE safety standards and site practices
