ALUMINIUM KITCHEN CABINET FOREMAN

Oversees the fabrication, assembly, and installation of aluminium kitchen cabinets. This role involves supervising a team of technicians, ensuring quality control, coordinating with project managers, and maintaining safety and efficiency on-site or in the workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of aluminium fabricators and installers.
• Project Coordination: Interpret technical drawings and project specifications to plan daily tasks.
• Fabrication Oversight: Supervise cutting, bending, welding, and assembly of aluminium components.
• Installation Management: Ensure accurate and timely installation of kitchen cabinets at client sites.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products and installations to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
• Material Management: Monitor inventory levels, request materials, and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure satisfaction and resolve on-site issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years experience
• Proven experience in aluminium fabrication and cabinet installation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
