ALUMINIUM SALES SPECIALIST

Manama, Bahrain

Role Summary:

We are looking for an Aluminium Sales Executive with expertise in aluminium products and AutoCAD skills to join our team in Bahrain. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, engaging with clients, and driving sales of aluminium solutions for doors, windows, and kitchens. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminium systems, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to understand AutoCAD designs. Experience in international aluminium systems is not required, but familiarity with the local aluminium industry is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to promote Alumar Aluminium’s products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Provide technical sales consultations, advising clients on suitable aluminium solutions based on their project needs.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing deals.

Technical & Design Interpretation:

  • Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications.
  • Work closely with the design and engineering teams to provide clients with feasible aluminium solutions.
  • Modify and suggest design adjustments to meet project requirements and cost considerations.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new aluminium solutions in the industry.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements based on client feedback and market demand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and pricing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bahraini nationals only (applications from non-Bahrainis will not be considered).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in aluminium sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of aluminium systems, fabrication, and installation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to read, interpret, and modify technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
  • A valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.
