Aluminum Cutter Technician /Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Cutter Technician (Foreman Level) to join our construction team. The ideal candidate must have Gulf experience and the ability to supervise and lead a team of technicians while ensuring precision, quality, and safety in aluminum cutting and fabrication works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate cutting of aluminum profiles as per drawings and specifications
• Supervise and guide a team of aluminum fabricators and technicians
• Plan daily tasks and allocate work to team members efficiently
• Ensure quality control and minimize material wastage
• Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
• Coordinate with site engineers and project supervisors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site standards
• Maintain cutting tools, machines, and work area

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of Gulf experience in aluminum cutting/fabrication
• Proven experience in a Foreman or Lead Technician role
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems used in construction projects
• Ability to supervise, train, and manage workers on site
• Good understanding of measurements, drawings, and cutting accuracy
• Physically fit and able to work on construction site

Preferred:

• Experience in aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, or façade works
• Immediate availability
