Job Title: Aluminum Draftsman / DesignerJob Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Aluminum Draftsman / Designer to prepare detailed shop drawings and design solutions for aluminum and glazing systems. The candidate will work closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for aluminum works (windows, doors, curtain walls, partitions, cladding, etc.).
• Develop fabrication drawings and material take-offs.
• Review architectural and structural drawings for coordination.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Modify designs based on client or consultant feedback.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards.
• Assist in preparing BOQ and cost estimation (if required).
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in aluminum drafting/design in UAE .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain wall systems, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with software such as Revit or SolidWorks (optional).
• Knowledge of local building codes and standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
