Aluminum Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Aluminum Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for aluminum works including façades, windows, doors, curtain walls, and related aluminum and glass systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs for aluminum works
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, material take-offs, and quotations
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
• Evaluate project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare and submit tenders within deadlines
• Assist the project and procurement teams during execution stages
• Maintain updated records of prices, suppliers, and market trends

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Aluminum Estimator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, profiles, glass, and accessories
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimating software (if applicable)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field
• Experience in UAE/GCC projects is an advantage
