Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Aluminum & Façade Sales Manager to drive business development and sales growth in the UAE market. The candidate should have strong experience in façade systems, curtain wall, glazing, aluminum doors/windows, and project sales with contractors, consultants, and developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for aluminum and façade projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and architects
• Identify project leads and manage the complete sales cycle
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for project execution
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and project negotiations
• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and payments
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years UAE experience in aluminum/façade sales
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, glazing, ACP cladding, aluminum systems, and façade solutions
• Existing network with consultants, contractors, and developers in UAE
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• UAE driving license is mandatory
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and estimation process
• Experience in project sales and tendering
• Strong presentation and client management skills

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary + commission

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
