Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Façade Site Engineer to manage the on-site installation of façade, aluminum, and glass systems. The ideal candidate must ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, safety standards, and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities related to façade, cladding, and aluminum/glass systems.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and implementation.
• Ensure execution as per approved plans, BOQ, and UAE building codes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth workflow.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines and all applicable UAE labor laws.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Manage material take-offs and verify on-site quantities for billing and inventory.
• Troubleshoot installation and quality issues efficiently.
• Guide and support site technicians and installation teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in façade or aluminum projects.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, ACP cladding, and glass fixing.
• Familiar with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DCD, and EHS requirements.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
