Position:
Aluminum and Glass Fabricator

Location:
United Arab Emirates - Alain

Responsibilities:

• Perform fabrication and installation of aluminum and glass works as per technical specifications.
• Supervise the workforce on-site and ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
• Monitor daily tasks and ensure workers adhere to technical and safety standards.
• Have in-depth knowledge of various aluminum profiles and their applications.
• Prepare progress reports and submit them to the management.
• Ensure effective use of resources to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
• Coordinate with suppliers and technicians to ensure the availability of materials and equipment on time.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aluminum and glass work.
• Comprehensive knowledge of different aluminum profiles.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Commitment to deadlines and the ability to work under pressure.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, efficient decisions.
• Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations.
