Full job description

As a Aluminum Fabrication and Glass Installation company, you’ll be responsible for installing and repairing auto, residential, and commercial glass, Sand Blasting, Colour Glass, Shower Glass,

Including windshields, shower doors, windows, and storefronts.

Whether you're working on a vehicle in the shop or installing a custom shower door in a customer’s home,

you represent the Glass Doctor brand with pride and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Install, replace, and repair glass in vehicles, homes, and businesses

Measure, cut, and fit glass according to specifications

Provide exceptional customer service on every job

Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in clean, working condition

Follow all safety guidelines and industry standards

Assist with quoting and job preparation as needed

Keep detailed records of jobs, materials used, and customer interactions

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Previous experience in glass installation, construction, or a skilled trade is a plus (but we’re willing to train the right candidate!)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions

Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

Strong communication and customer service skills
