Aluminum Foreman / Supervisor

Experience Required: 5+ years in Aluminum Fabrication / Installation

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Aluminum Foreman / Supervisor to oversee day-to-day fabrication and installation activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminum and glazing works, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality results on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise aluminum fabrication and installation teams on-site and in the workshop.
• Read and interpret architectural and fabrication drawings accurately.
• Plan daily work schedules, allocate manpower, and monitor progress.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site managers, and subcontractors.
• Inspect materials, tools, and finished works for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project timelines.
• Train and guide team members to improve productivity and workmanship.
• Manage inventory of aluminum profiles, glass, hardware, and consumables.
• Handle troubleshooting and resolve site issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Diploma / Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminum fabrication and installation (doors, windows, curtain walls, cladding, etc.).
• Proven track record in supervising fabrication teams and managing site operations.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, cutting lists, and installation procedures.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
