Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques, particularly aluminum MIG welding, and will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively on construction sites.

Duties

• Perform MIG welding on aluminum components and structures.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on welded components to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Rig materials as needed for lifting or transport during the welding process.

Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques with a strong understanding of welding safety practices.
• Experience with power tools and hand tools commonly used in metal fabrication.
• Knowledge of rigging techniques for moving heavy materials safely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in executing tasks.
