Job Description:
An Aluminum Polisher is responsible for polishing and finishing aluminum components to achieve the required surface smoothness, shine, and appearance. The role involves using polishing machines, buffing wheels, and hand tools to remove scratches, marks, and surface defects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Polish aluminum products using buffing machines, grinders, and hand tools
• Achieve required surface finish (matte, satin, or mirror finish)
• Inspect aluminum parts for scratches, dents, or defects before and after polishing
• Apply polishing compounds and abrasives correctly
• Maintain consistent quality and finish on all products
• Clean and prepare parts before polishing
• Perform minor finishing tasks such as deburring and cleaning
• Maintain polishing machines and tools
• Follow workplace safety procedures and use protective equipment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in aluminum polishing or metal finishing
• Knowledge of polishing compounds, wheels, and techniques
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to work with repetitive tasks
• Physical stamina to stand and handle parts for long periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in aluminum cookware or household item manufacturing
• Knowledge of surface finishing quality standards
• Ability to operate automatic or semi-automatic polishing machines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,100.00 per month
