Aluminum Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Engineer with a strong background in the aluminum industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in aluminum installation and site operations, with proven ability to manage site activities, coordinate with teams, and ensure projects are delivered to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities related to aluminum works.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution.

• Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays.

• Enforce compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.

• Provide regular project updates and reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the aluminum industry.
• In-depth knowledge of aluminum installation methods and site procedures.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Valid UAE driving license is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

• Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
