Aluminum Tig Welder

Bausch Enterprises is an aluminum fabrication and welding shop based in Stuart, FL. We are a family-owned and operated business in the Treasure Coast of Florida established in 1996.

BEI specializes in OEM production parts, custom aluminum fabrication, specialty projects, and welding repairs. Our main divisions include manufacturing aluminum marine products and building lifeguard towers.

This skilled Aluminum TIG Welder MUST be experienced in welding on aluminum and bending/fitting pipe.

Pay is based on experience.

TIG Welder Responsibilities and Duties:

• Examine detailed drawings or specifications to find out job, material and equipment requirements
• Set up and/or operate hand and machine tools or welding equipment
• Read blueprints and specifications to plan work and fabrication layout
• Work safely & maintain work area with high standards of housekeeping.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

TIG Welder Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years "hands-on" TIG welding experience
• Strong fabrication background (2 yr minimum experience preferred)
• Read and work from plans and/or shop drawings
• Use of power tools such as pipe bender, miter saw, band saw, grinder
• Ability to lift material weighing up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to excellence and high standards attention to detail
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Follow safety procedures
• Work independently and with others
• Dependable transportation to and from work

SCHEDULE:

• Monday - Thursday (Friday OT may be required)
• 10 hour shift
• Day shift

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
