Aluminum Welder & Production Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Production Associate with Aluminum Welding experience. The successful candidate will be organized, self-motivated, have time management skills, be a team player, and have good communication skills. The role will include but is not limited to, improving performance and productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guarantee that all product is built in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications.
• Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company.
• Follow all company policies in accordance with the employee handbook.
• Learn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledge.
• Guarantee that all job tracking procedures are followed.

Required Experience:

· A minimum years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

· A solid understanding of production and organizational methods.

· Previous experience with hand tools, tape measures, and drills.

· Fine-tuned communication skills.

Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process.
