TIG Welder / Wheel Repair Technician

Wheel Fix It, North Alabama’s original alloy wheel repair specialist, is looking to add an experienced TIG welder to our team.

We specialize in structural wheel repair and are seeking someone with aluminum TIG welding experience who is motivated, dependable, and willing to learn the wheel repair process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• TIG welding on aluminum wheels
• Structural wheel repair and fabrication
• Metal prep and finishing
• Maintaining quality control standards
• Communicating with team members and customers when needed
• Keeping work area clean, organized, and safe
• Cross-training in other shop departments as needed

Requirements:

• Experience TIG welding aluminum (required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage time and stay on task
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Ability to lift heavy wheels and equipment
