Alumni Coordinator

Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00, with some evenings, weekends


The Blanchard Institute
is a family-centered behavioral health treatment center, specializing in mental health and substance use disorders. The Alumni Coordinator fosters long-term recovery, engagement and community among former clients through follow-up outreach, event planning, and support groups. They bridge the gap between active treatment and sustained recovery. Day-to-day work involves managing databases, coordinating recovery events and facilitating social media connection.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, a human services field, or communications, marketing, business or related field preferred.
  • At least one year experience in event planning, alumni relations or community outreach preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality and empathy
  • Lived experience valued
  • Valid Drivers License
