Alumni Programme Specialist - Middle East

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and execution-focused Alumni Programme Specialist to join our Middle East Corporate and Network Office team. This is a unique opportunity to help support a regional Alumni Programme that serves thousands of former employees of a globally respected organisation. This role is for someone who thrives on building from the ground up-designing systems, creating engagement strategies, and leading cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Co-create and operationalise the vision and mission of the Alumni programme
  • Develop a roadmap with key initiatives, communications and KPIs
  • Design and launch user-centric experiences through events, content, and the digital platform
  • Craft and curate content for various communication mediums/platforms
  • Strengthen the community through targeted outreach and relationship management
  • Create segmented engagement strategies
  • Maintain/manage the Alumni digital platform
  • Ensure accuracy of data and segmentation, maintaining database hygiene and performance tracking
  • Leverage data insights to improve engagement, programme personalisation and reporting
  • Partner with Human Capital, Communications, and other internal departments to align programme goals with business priorities
  • Act as a point of contact for alumni inquiries and internal stakeholder coordination
  • Scope out and manage external stakeholders to support programme offerings
Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in programme management, community engagement and/or Alumni programmes
  • Demonstrated experience building and running initiatives with measurable impact
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Robust project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Comfortable with data tools including Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce

Preferred:

  • Experience working in/with large multinational companies or professional services
  • Familiarity with alumni relations (corporate, university, or network-based communities)
  • Regional experience across the Middle East with a strong external network and cultural fluency in stakeholder engagement
