Alumni Services Coordinator

Job Summary

We’re looking for a compassionate and organized Alumni Services Coordinator to manage outreach and engagement with our program alumni. In this role, you’ll ensure consistent follow-up, accurate tracking, and supportive connections between alumni and our partner programs. You’ll play a key role in maintaining recovery support networks, tracking outcomes, and facilitating re-admissions when appropriate — all while encouraging long-term, positive relationships with those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage alumni outreach and engagement, including calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups at structured intervals.
• Track and document all interactions using CRM systems (Salesforce, KIPU, Dazos) and maintain accurate records.
• Build relationships with alumni, promote app and community participation, and recognize milestones.
• Support pre-discharge planning, post-discharge follow-ups, and facilitate compassionate re-admissions when needed.
• Generate engagement reports and dashboards to monitor outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or client outreach preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, KIPU, Dazos).
• Empathetic, professional, and committed to long-term recovery support.
• Ability to manage multiple follow-up schedules and maintain accurate documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
