Assistant Manager Accounts – Tracking World Pvt. Ltd.

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Tracking World Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Accounts to join our Finance & Accounts Department. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial management, taxation, reporting, and compliance with accounting standards, while supervising day-to-day operations and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes: invoice verification, vendor reconciliations, and payments
• Monitor aging reports, maintain vendor accounts, and ensure tax compliance
• Review and ensure accuracy of financial records, reconciliations, and ledgers
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Monitor cash flows, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments for financial approvals and reporting
• Implement internal controls to improve financial operations and compliance
• Support internal and external audits
• Provide financial insights and reports to management
• Mentor and guide junior team members in the Finance & Accounts Department

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
