• Service operation function, meeting KPI Norms, Customer Satisfaction, control measures.
• Troubleshooting, Repair & Servicing of Imaging Products(Digital Cameras, ML, DSLR & LENSES) in Company’s own Service Centre.
• Achieving productivity by Quick Resolution of customer problem by repairing each category wisely and asap to achieve the Targets
• Handling customer queries/escalation over telephone/personally
• Controlling of TAT and other service parameters
• Controlling of part consumption by precise troubleshooting & identification of faults
• Identifying/Controlling repeat cases & making appropriate action plan to avoid the same
• Responsible for Quality Control of Repaired products
• Build & maintain positive customer relationship

• Good communication skills.
