Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and professional HR Executive / HR Officer to manage daily HR operations and support the growth of our workforce. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Process payroll, attendance, leave, and employee benefits.
  • Handle SESSI, EOBI, and other statutory compliance matters.
  • Support performance evaluations and employee development programs.
  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance.
  • Prepare HR reports, manpower plans, and workforce data for management.
  • Coordinate with department heads to support smooth HR operations.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, discipline, safety, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Good knowledge of payroll, labor laws, SESSI, and EOBI.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/HRMS experience will be an advantage.
