Job Opportunity: AM - HR Generalist – Bawal (On-Site)

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Bawal. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR knowledge and hands-on experience from the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement
• Manage statutory compliance, grievance handling, and HR documentation
• Support plant-level HR activities and workforce management

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
• 6+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
• Male candidate preferred for this role
