The Assistant Manager – HR supports the HR Manager in managing all human resource functions of the hotel, including recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, training, performance management, and HR operations. The role ensures smooth HR processes in line with hotel policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for hotel staff (front office, F&B, housekeeping, kitchen, engineering, etc.)
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and onboarding
- Maintain manpower planning and staffing levels
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Manage employee records, files, and HR documentation
- Issue appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit documents
- Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records
3. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate payroll processing with Accounts
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Laws
- Handle inspections and audits by statutory authorities
4. Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Support positive work culture and employee engagement activities
- Conduct counselling and handle conflict resolution
5. Training & Development
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs
- Support departmental training and skill development initiatives
- Maintain training records and reports
6. Performance Management
- Assist in appraisal and performance review processes
- Track KPIs and employee productivity
- Support reward and recognition programs
7. Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and hotel standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines
- Support internal audits and HR reporting

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
