AM - HR/ HRBP

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking for the position of AM HR OR HRBP for its Head Office based in Karachi.

Location: DHA Phase 8

• Partner with managers to support business and workforce needs
• Drive recruitment, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Manage performance appraisal and improvement processes
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases
• Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure HR policies compliance and labor law adherence

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR

4+ years HR experience

Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws

Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Location: Karachi

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
