Job Overview
Polani Global Technologies (SMC-PVT) Ltd. is seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee relations, policy implementation, and performance management while ensuring compliance with company procedures and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee records.
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluations.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation.
- Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related systems.
