Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented finance professional to manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations. The role involves taxation, statutory compliance, audit handling, MIS reporting, banking coordination, and overall financial control to ensure smooth financial functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Preparation of income tax details required during assessments and attending hearings as and when required.

• Ensure timely filing of returns under direct and indirect tax laws (Income Tax & GST).

• Independently handle scrutiny matters and liaise with tax authorities.

• Ensure timely payment of Income Tax and GST within prescribed due dates.

• Coordinate and complete documentation related to raising and maintaining limits, lines of credit, and loans with banks and financial institutions.

2. Bookkeeping & Accounting

• Ensure daily accounting entries and up-to-date books of accounts.

• Handle accounts of Directors and Promoters.

• Verify vouchers as per SOP and ensure timely accounting entries.

• Ensure prompt vendor payments as per approved SOPs and internal controls.

3. Statutory Audit & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Coordinate and complete statutory audits without major observations.

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with the Companies Act.

4. MIS & Financial Reporting

• Manage Collections and Cash Management functions under Accounts Receivable.

• Prepare and present Daily/Monthly MIS reports.

• Prepare Board Pack and financial summaries for management review.

Qualification and Skills:-

• Graduate / CA Inter

• Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxation.

• Experience in handling statutory audits and compliance.

• Good understanding of banking documentation and credit facilities.

• Strong analytical and MIS reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
