Job description
BASIC PURPOSE: Greet and seat all guests, answer phone calls, taking reservations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Greet and direct all guests.

Ensure all tables are properly set before seating guests.

Answer phone properly and follow all reservation procedures.

Organize and maintain a clean station.

Assist barista in taking orders and enter into point of sales.

Collect payment and make correct change when necessary.

Prepare coffee and drink orders according to specifications.

Package and deliver food orders.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Maintain an inventory of needed supplies.

Ensure all menus are clean before shift.

Be familiar with hotel facilities and their location and hours.
Knowledge and Skills:

Education: Ability to read and write English.

Skills and Abilities: Communication and hospitality skills (English required).

Ability to answer phones.
-
Ability to work with money.

Hours Required: Full-time required to work 30 plus hours weekly.

Part-time required to work less than 30 hours weekly.
