Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, utilizing your extensive mixology and spirits knowledge.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with food handling regulations and best practices.
• Assist with food service duties when needed, including serving dishes and managing banquet or catering setups.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables or bar stations during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service.
• Support bar management in inventory control, beverage recipe development, and implementing new drink menus to enhance guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless transaction processing.
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, mixology techniques, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer brewing processes.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy morning shifts.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver top-tier customer service in fine dining or hospitality settings.
• Experience in food industry roles including serving, bartending, catering, banquet service or retail math for accurate cash handling.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude.
