Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles across multiple functions.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source and attract candidates using various platforms including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and functional fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate regular hiring reports.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with HR operations.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts including campus hiring, social media outreach, and recruitment events.
- Analyze hiring metrics to improve processes and reduce time-to-hire.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
