Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles across multiple functions.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates using various platforms including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and functional fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate regular hiring reports.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with HR operations.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts including campus hiring, social media outreach, and recruitment events.
  • Analyze hiring metrics to improve processes and reduce time-to-hire.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
