Our headquarters is located across the street from Sun Valley Ski Resort, and we host team trips to Sun Valley, Idaho twice per year—one winter trip (usually a ski day) and one summer trip (yurt + mountain bike trip). Role Overview

We’re hiring an Amazon Account Coordinator to support Amazon client accounts under our Amazon team lead. This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity for a motivated recent graduate looking to launch a career in eCommerce.

You don’t need Amazon experience — we’ll train you. What matters most is that you’re organized, eager to learn, and excited to work with outdoor brands.

This is a hybrid role in the Lehi, UT area, and will transition into a fully remote role after training.

Career Growth Opportunity: This role is designed to grow into a higher-level position. High performers will have a clear path to advancement into roles like Amazon Account Manager, Amazon Strategist, or eCommerce Operations Lead as responsibilities expand.

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day operations for Amazon client accounts
• Assist with product listing creation and optimization (titles, bullets, images coordination, keywords, etc.)
• Help manage catalog updates, pricing checks, and inventory notes
• Monitor performance metrics and flag trends or issues
• Coordinate tasks across internal teams (design, content, advertising, etc.)
• Support reporting and documentation
• Learn Amazon Seller Central + Amazon Vendor Central processes over time
• Communicate updates and questions clearly to the Account Manager and internal teams

What We’re Looking ForRequired

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Marketing, eCommerce, Business, Analytics, etc.)
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in Google Sheets / Excel
• Strong written communication skills
• Willing to learn and take feedback
• Must be able to work hybrid near Lehi, UT during training

Preferred (Not Required)

• Interest in eCommerce, Amazon, digital marketing, or analytics
• Internship or school project experience in marketing, business, or online retail
• Familiarity with Amazon (even as a frequent shopper)
• Basic knowledge of SEO or paid advertising concepts
