Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Xpo9tial LLP is a rapidly growing Amazon marketing agency helping international brands scale on Amazon. We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Executive (Private Label) to manage operations, optimize listings, support product launches, and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete daily operations of Amazon Private Label accounts.
• Perform product/competitor research using Helium10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, etc.
• Create, refine, and optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, A+ Content, backend terms).
• Monitor account health, KPIs, and resolve Seller Central-related issues.
• Assist with product launches, promotions, and ranking strategies.
• Collaborate with PPC, design, and content teams for smooth brand operations.
• Handle case logs, FBA shipment creation, and inventory coordination.
• Track performance metrics (sessions, conversions, ACOS, TACOS, revenue trends).
• Prepare weekly performance and strategy reports for management and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience managing Amazon Private Label accounts (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Seller Central (FBA, listing creation, case logs, variations, inventory).
• Proficiency with Amazon tools: Helium10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, etc.
• Understanding of PL lifecycle: sourcing, shipping, optimization, and launch execution.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
