Job Overview

We are hiring a performance-driven Amazon Account Executive to manage and grow our Amazon Seller accounts. This role involves full ownership of account operations, sales growth, and profitability, with direct reporting to the Managing Director and performance measured through clear KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings for higher visibility and conversions
• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
• Monitor inventory, pricing, Buy Box performance, and order fulfillment
• Manage customer communications, reviews, and account health
• Ensure full compliance with Amazon policies and standards
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for MD
• Identify growth opportunities, cost optimization, and scalability strategies

Performance KPIs

• Month-on-month sales and revenue growth
• Improved conversion rates
• Optimized Advertising ROI (ACoS / ROAS)
• Strong account health metrics (ODR, shipment rate, policy compliance)
• Efficient inventory control with minimal dead stock
• High customer satisfaction and response time
• Accurate and timely reporting to management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, and ranking algorithms
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive measurable results
• High accountability, ownership, and independent working ability
• Experience reporting directly to senior management

Additional Requirements (Mandatory)

• Must hold a valid self-sponsored visa
• Male candidate preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
