Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Amazon Account Health Specialist to ensure smooth operations of our Amazon seller account. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central along with customer support experience to manage account health, handle customer queries, and ensure order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain Amazon account health and performance metrics
- Handle customer queries via chat/email in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment
- Address account issues such as warnings, policy violations, or listing problems
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order or customer-related issues
- Process refunds, returns, and customer complaints when required
- Keep track of performance metrics (ODR, late shipment rate, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities
Requirements
- Basic experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Prior experience in customer support (chat/email)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of Amazon account health metrics
- Experience with order management and fulfillment processes
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
