Amazon Account Manager (PPC, Graphic Design, Promos & Customer Service)

Project Overview:
We run an established, 1+ year-old Amazon store. All of our product fulfillment and shipping are handled in-house by an existing team member—you will not handle any shipping. We need a part-time Specialist to manage growth marketing, ad design, and weekly operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Graphic Design: Design eye-catching, high-converting visual assets (Sponsored Brands ads, Storefront banners, and promo graphics) using Canva or Photoshop.
  • Pricing & Promo Coordination: Communicate regularly with our internal Sales Manager to approve item pricing, then execute weekly sales and coupons in Seller Central.
  • PPC Advertising: Manage, monitor, and optimize our existing Amazon PPC campaigns to lower ACoS.
  • Daily Customer Support: Check the account daily and respond to buyer messages.
  • New Product Listings: Write SEO-optimized copy and upload new listings as needed using our existing product photos.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central (promotions, listings, ads).
  • Strong graphic design portfolio (specifically for e-commerce or Amazon ads).
  • Excellent communication skills to sync with our Sales Manager.
  • Must own your own Amazon keyword research software.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
