Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Amazon Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our online store. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dropshipping, wholesale sourcing, product research, listing optimization, and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon Seller Central account.
- Conduct product research and analysis for profitable dropshipping and wholesale opportunities.
- Handle product listing creation, optimization, and keyword research.
- Manage order fulfillment, returns, and customer service inquiries.
- Source products and suppliers through platforms like Alibaba, Walmart, and other wholesale directories.
- Monitor inventory levels, pricing strategies, and account health metrics.
- Run PPC campaigns and optimize ad performance for better ROI.
- Prepare weekly performance and sales reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or Store Manager (minimum 1–2 years).
- Strong understanding of dropshipping and wholesale models.
- Familiarity with tools like Helium10, JungleScout, Keepa, SellerAmp, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Shopify or Walmart Marketplace.
- Knowledge of FBA, FBM, and replenishment strategies.
- Graphic design skills for listing images (Canva/Photoshop).

Compensation: Base salary + performance-based incentives
