Job Overview:
SourceCode is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Account Reinstatement Specialist to join our night shift team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing Amazon account reinstatements, preparing professional appeals, and ensuring seller accounts comply with Amazon’s policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze suspended Amazon accounts to determine the root cause of issues.
• Draft and submit well-written, compliant Plans of Action (POAs) for reinstatement.
• Communicate with Amazon Seller Performance and Support teams to resolve account-related concerns.
• Maintain updated records of appeals, communications, and reinstatement progress.
• Monitor account health and ensure continuous compliance with Amazon policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prevent potential account risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in Amazon account reinstatement or Seller Central operations will be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work during night shift hours (9 PM – 6 AM).
