We are hiring a dedicated Amazon Account Specialist to manage product listings, optimize advertising campaigns, and enhance sales performance across Amazon marketplaces. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Amazon Seller Central, and a deep understanding of PPC management and keyword optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords).
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and optimize for better ROI.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment to maintain performance metrics.
- Handle customer communication, feedback, and A-to-Z claims.
- Prepare weekly reports on sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, and FBA/FBM operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools is a plus.
