About the Role
Xpo9tial Growth Consulting LLP, a fast-growing Amazon marketing agency, is looking for an Amazon Account Specialist to manage Private Label accounts, optimize listings, coordinate campaigns, and support brand growth on Amazon. This is ideal for candidates with hands-on Amazon experience who want to work with international brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Amazon Private Label accounts and oversee daily account operations.
• Conduct product, keyword, and competitor research using tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Keepa, and similar platforms.
• Optimize product listings through keyword research, SEO implementation, A+ Content, and backend search terms.
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and resolve Seller Central issues efficiently.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and ranking strategies.
• Coordinate with PPC, content, and design teams to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Manage FBA shipments, inventory planning, case submissions, and related operational tasks.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators, including ACOS, TACOS, conversion rates, sessions, and sales trends.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon Private Label accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including FBA operations, listing management, variations, inventory control, and case management.
• Proficiency in Amazon research and analytics tools such as Helium10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or equivalent platforms.
• Solid understanding of Private Label business models, listing optimization, product launches, and account growth strategies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
