Xpo9tial Growth Consulting LLP is a rapidly expanding Amazon marketing agency helping international or Local brands scale and succeed on Amazon. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Account Specialist with at least 1 + year of hands on experience of managing Amazon Private Label accounts..

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Amazon Private Label accounts.
• Conduct product, keyword, and competitor research using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Keepa, and similar platforms.
• Optimize product listings through keyword research, SEO, A+ Content, and backend search term management.
• Monitor account health and performance metrics while resolving Seller Central issues.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and ranking strategies.
• Coordinate with PPC, content, and design teams to maintain strong brand presence.
• Manage FBA shipments, inventory planning, case submissions, and related operational tasks.
• Track and analyze KPIs including ACOS, TACOS, conversion rates, traffic, and sales performance.
• Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations for growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 + year of experience managing Amazon Private Label accounts.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations.
• Experience with listing optimization, inventory management, variations, and case management.
• Familiarity with Amazon research and analytics tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Keepa, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Amazon SEO, product launches, and account growth strategies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
